The unit head is responsible for ensuring that all Texas AgriLife Research (AgriLife Research) property is obtained from terminating employees, and that access to all computer networks, information/computer resources, and buildings have been removed. Texas A&M AgriLife (AgriLife) Form AG-442, Employee Termination Checklist, will be used to document return of property and removal of access.
A. Be sure to note any extenuating circumstances, such as anything that has prevented the return of any item.
B. Within 60 days of termination, submit the completed form AG-442, Employee Termination Checklist, to AgriLife Human Resources via Laserfiche for inclusion in the employee’s payroll file.
