61.99.99.X6 External Questionnaires and Surveys

1. Response to questionnaires or surveys from outside the Texas AgriLife Extension Service (Extension) or The Texas A&M University System shall be at the discretion of the respondent.

2. Section One is only applicable when the response does not require official Extension or System information, or official information or knowledge held by the respondent by virtue of his or her employment with the Extension Service.

3. Questionnaires or surveys wherein official information or knowledge is required to respond shall be forwarded, prior to use, through supervisory/administrative channels to the Executive Associate Director for review.

4. After administrative review, instructions for handling the request will be provided to the staff member who originally received the document or survey.
